Jeff Sanderson was terrific in resolving our water filter problem. He explained in detail the process and how our water will react with the new filter. His associate was also exceptional with his recommendation and action taken to clean the washing machine hoses.

The technician Alex who came to work on our water pressure was awesome! He was so knowledgeable, explained everything to my husband (whom asks A LOT of questions), very courteous, and made me feel very comfortable while I was home alone with my baby prior to my husband coming home.
