Great job

Aidan did a great job. It was about 9PM but he had a full day and was still in good spirts. He was very thorough. The problem went away and could not be reproduced. Everything came back on line after he finished. We went over the procedures and he said we had followed prior directions. Thank you so much for such dedicated techs.
